1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using Invoice Orchestra ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

Invoice Orchestra is a Chrome browser extension that:

• Scans your Gmail and/or Microsoft Outlook inbox for invoice-related emails
• Detects PDF attachments and text-based invoices
• Allows you to forward detected invoices to recipients of your choice

3. User Accounts

To use the Extension, you must:

• Have a valid Google and/or Microsoft account
• Grant the Extension read access to your email
• Accept the privacy policy and these terms of service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Extension to:

• Forward emails without authorization from the original sender
• Distribute spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier:

• Limited to 50 invoice forwards per month
• Access to all core features
• May include anonymized data collection for model improvement (with consent)

Premium Tier:

• Unlimited invoice forwards
• No data used for model training
• Priority support

6. Email Access Permissions

The Extension requests read-only access to your email. We:

• Cannot send emails on your behalf through your email account
• Cannot modify or delete your emails
• Process all email content locally in your browser

You can revoke email access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

The Extension, including its code, design, and content, is owned by Invoice Orchestra and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Extension
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Extension
• Use our trademarks without permission

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

• The Extension will detect all invoices in your inbox
• Invoice detection will be 100% accurate
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

You are responsible for verifying that invoices are correctly identified and forwarded to the appropriate recipients.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVOICE ORCHESTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from missed or incorrectly forwarded invoices

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Premium tier in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invoice Orchestra from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it from your browser.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
